Billing Clerk
About The Position
We are currently recruiting Billing Clerks for our 3 rd Party Logistics client in Naperville, IL . This is a Temp to Hire Opportunity! Our customer is a fast paced Warehouse and Distribution company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Warehouse Billing or Customer Service and a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required. Duties Will Include: Responsible for billing accessorial charges for customers Accurately posting billing to system Sorting and filing paperwork Approving invoices and mailing to customer Issuing credits when necessary, etc. Candidate Qualities: Strong Communication Skills At least 2 years of experience in the logistics billing field Organized Ability to Multi – Task Handle fast paced environment and pressure Detail Oriented Computer Capable (Data entry, MS Outlook, Excel) Bi-lingual Spanish would be a bonus but not absolutely necessary Who We Are We find the best people and pair them with the best companies. Requirements
