About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Billing Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development and support of our billing systems, processes, and policies. This position involves reconciling orders, resolving billing issues, and ensuring accurate invoicing.

Requirements

Proficiency in bank reconciliation, credit card transactions, and expense allocations.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work as a self-starter with minimum supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Understanding of accounting procedures, concepts, and internal control processes in general accounting.

Responsibilities

Provide input into the ongoing development and support of billing systems, processes, and policies.
Reconcile orders for gas to match bill of ladings (BoL) and match invoice set to store.
Reconcile amounts billed to stores compared to amounts paid by stores.
Resolve and track billing issues as they arise, working with the fuel and accounting support teams to fix root cause problems.
Process billing adjustments timely and accurately to fuel accounts, ensuring proper levels of authorization and documentation are in place.
Conduct invoicing review and variance analysis with required sign off.
