Miller Brokerage Services - Provides on-demand capacity solutions through our network of reliable carriers. Miller Transportation Group is hiring a Billing Administrator for our Miller Truck Leasing division in Mount Holly, NJ. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service and time management skills, and a desire to make a positive impact on the team and the company.

Ability to work: Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Weekly and Monthly Billing
Working with Customers to resolve disputes
Filing, scanning and mailing
Depositing Checks
Data input
Check writing
Commercial registration and titling for new and used vehicles across multiple states
Working with Lease/Rental Customers to receive and maintain their insurance on Miller owned vehicles
Tracking and maintaining dealer plate logs for multiple locations
