The Service Billing Administrator is responsible for billing all work orders within 10 days of completion of service calls.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills including both written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task.
  • Ability to work individually with a teamwork mindset.
  • Willing to assist and collaborate with others when issues arise.
  • Clean driving record and dependable transportation.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft products as well as efficient typing skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Billing experience preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems or similar software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Verify all attached documents are included in work orders upon completion of work
  • Edit work order description for customer friendly wording
  • Verify labor and parts pricing before marking work order approved for billing
  • Verify invoice does not exceed customer supplied NTE (Not to Exceed) amount
  • Verify service report includes all details of work performed and customer's signature
  • Verify all information on invoices are accurate in the invoice summary report
  • Provide backup for other Billing Administrators as needed
