The Billing Administrator will perform clerical duties to assist the warehouse with billing, administrative support, data entry, and other office tasks. This role involves performing the billing function, cross-training for back-up coverage, and managing incoming and outgoing paperwork for billing and filing. Key responsibilities include researching missing Bills of Lading (BOLs) and Repacking production forms, filing invoices, mailing invoices, submitting paperwork, and updating productivity logs. The administrator will also be responsible for ordering office and janitorial supplies, ensuring effective billing charges, coordinating payment, overseeing recordkeeping, and interacting with dispatchers, accounts receivable, and payable clerks regarding billing and payment inquiries. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and clear communication. Punctuality and regular attendance are mandatory.
