About The Position

Responsible for accurate and timely billing, collections, and order processing across multiple divisions within Chesapeake Sprinkler; supports operational teams by ensuring invoices are processed correctly, payments are tracked, and aging is actively managed to support cash flow and financial accuracy.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A Notary Public or the ability to obtain it.
  • Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process customer invoices for multiple divisions.
  • Manage collections activities for multiple divisions, including follow-up on past-due accounts and coordination with internal teams.
  • Submit and track orders for multiple divisions, ensuring required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Oversee, maintain, and regularly review the accounts receivable aging report for multiple divisions.
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies, short pays, and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with service, inspection, installation, and project teams to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Ensure billing complies with contract terms, customer requirements, and internal policies.
