About The Position

Billing Administration, SME Serve as a trusted Subject Matter Expert for the billing team, resolving complex billing disputes, issuing credits and rebills, and ensuring accurate, timely revenue recognition in compliance with regulatory guidelines, KPIs, and SLAs. Audit and process high-volume, detailed service orders in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment. Your role: Act as a key support resource for training and peer support by providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving expertise on intricate billing scenarios, while delivering strong, data-driven feedback to resolve recurring issues and drive long-term improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, and field partners to verify entitlements, manage purchase orders, resolve interface errors, and maintain data accuracy. Demonstrate dependability, critical thinking, and ownership, contributing to process improvements, team goals, and continuous improvement initiatives with a positive, adaptable mindset.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Billing and Invoicing, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Contract Management or equivalent.
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN.
