About The Position

The Bill of Material (BOM) Specialist works with engineering to ensure that Bill of Material milestones are met by all team members for a specific vehicle area. Through data entry, the BOM Specialist creates individual Bill of Materials for each mule or prototype vehicle in the Bill of Material database maintaining data integrity throughout the course of the build. Additional Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Serve as liaison between BOM, Build Leads and Engineering as it relates to Bill of Material questions and change management Support BOM and Build Leads in the validation of content received by engineering Maintain BOM integrity with all applicable data throughout the build cycle Monitor information flow for the build and escalating issues appropriately

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Team oriented
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• High level of attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Some knowledge of automotive systems
• Familiarity with Internal systems
• Change management experience
