Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, focusing on roles that require both English and Spanish language skills. Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent through diverse channels including online job boards, social media, and community engagement. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments in both English and Spanish, ensuring candidates align with our company culture and values. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing supportive feedback at every stage. Maintain accurate applicant tracking within our ATS, following up on all candidate activity to ensure compliance. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our efforts.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a strong emphasis on bilingual (English/Spanish) communication.
  • A proven ability to source and attract diverse candidates effectively.
  • Expertise in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and team members alike.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
