Right Path Law Group is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team in Northern Virginia. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping injured clients navigate one of the most difficult moments of their lives. This is not a “paper-pushing” role. What You’ll Do Manage personal injury litigation files from intake through settlement or trial Serve as a key point of contact for clients , providing updates, guidance, and reassurance Request, organize, and review medical records, bills, police reports, and evidence Draft legal documents , including demand letters, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence Support settlement negotiations by preparing demands and damages summaries Assist with litigation and trial preparation , including exhibits, witness coordination, and deadlines Communicate in Spanish and English to better serve the client base What We’re Looking For 1+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side strongly preferred) Paralegal certificate or equivalent hands-on litigation experience Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities matter Tech-savvy and proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Fluent in Spanish A team player with a strong work ethic and a client-first mindset Compensation $55,000+ , based on experience Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding firm About Us At Right Path Law Group, we don’t just resolve cases—we help people rebuild their lives. Requirements

  • 1+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side strongly preferred)
  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent hands-on litigation experience
