Nurtury is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Enrollment Coordinator to keep our enrollment, billing, and family support operations running seamlessly. Requirements
- Are Bilingual in Spanish/English (required)
- Are organized, detail driven, and great with people
- Are skilled in MS Office and other online systems
- Are experienced (1–3 years) in administration or customer support, ideally in a nonprofit
Responsibilities
- Recruit and enroll new families
- Keep children’s records accurate and up to date
- Handle billing data for vouchers, contracts, fees, and third-party payers
- Update the full-fee waitlist and communicate vacancies
- Maintain master attendance and prepare required reports
Benefits
- Salary: $45,000 – $55,000
- Full Time, Monday – Friday Schedule
