About The Position

Are you bilingual and have a passion for engaging with customers through modern social media channels? Join our team as a Bilingual Social Media Agent, playing a vital role in supporting our customers, solving their issues, and upselling products and services that meet their needs. While this is primarily a social-media based role, there will be occasions when reaching out to your customers via phone is necessary to ensure they receive the best possible support and solutions. You will represent one of the nation’s largest brands handling inbound inquiries via online social media platforms, providing solutions, and identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services.

Requirements

Must be proficient in both English and Spanish language, with strong bilingual communication stills to effectively engage and assist a diverse customer base.
Spanish and English written communication skills are a must, as you will send most of your time communicating with customers through chat.
Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally over chat; navigating multiple systems and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure; quick-thinking problem solver; and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and effective time management in a home office setting.
Sales-focused mindset: Proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service.
Customer service experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service or sales role, with a minimum of 6 months in a call center virtual setting.
Available for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts.
Available to work full time 8-hour shifts.
Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Candidates must live in Texas to be eligible.

A private workspace with desk/chair, and a door you can close, where surrounding noise (children, pets, people, electronics, etc.) cannot be heard or present during working hours.
Ability to be on webcam during working hours

Responsibilities

Deliver world-class customer service by responding to inbound calls; providing product knowledge, troubleshooting issues, resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency; and identifying sales opportunities to proactively offer solutions that meet customer needs.
Process orders, update customer accounts, and ensure accurate records in internal systems.
Multitask effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems.
