About The Position

We are on a search for our next Receptionist! We are looking for an individual that is courteous, professional, organized, and can handle multiple tasks with ease! Someone that will make a great first impression on our clients or anyone visiting our facility! If this is you, we'd love to meet you! This position requires excellent customer service skills and team work skills. Must be compassionate for the persons we serve and comfortable in a Behavioral Healthcare setting.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED.
2 years office experience.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Able to type 40 WPM and pass Basic Word and Excel testing.
Applicants must have a Texas drivers license and be insurable through Tri-County.
Must be compassionate for the persons we serve and comfortable in a Behavioral Healthcare setting
Excellent customer service skills and team work skills

Responsibilities

Answer calls coming in through the switchboard and route calls to appropriate department
Maintain cleanliness of lobbies and coffee bar areas
Perform receptionist duties
Provide relief to other areas as needed
