Commercial Capital Company is a locally, veteran owned finance company based in Lenexa KS. We are seeking a friendly, reliable, bilingual receptionist to work in-office at our Lenexa location. Commercial Capital Company provides the best capital equipment financing experience to individual businesses and equipment vendors. We are a family-owned lease financing company that understands that each business has individual capital-financing needs. Our team works one-on-one with business owners and equipment vendors to find the right lease-financing option to suit each capital-equipment purchase. Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and telephones
  • Strong phone skills
  • Punctual with a strong attendance history
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Greet clients as they arrive at the office.
  • Maintain reception are and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner
  • Re-stock refreshments in the entrance area and common areas.
  • Receive deliveries and sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Label and mail outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with insurance management
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
  • Perform admin duties such as filing, scanning, and copying.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with coworkers, sales team & vendors
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
