Our Patient Advocate will be responsible for the efficiency, accuracy and professionalism of the front desk. Primary duties include providing exemplary customer service while scheduling appointments, answering multi-line phones and emails and directing patients and managing all inquiries appropriately. The Patient Advocate works in a collaborative relationship with the front desk team as well as with other departments and employees. Office hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm. There are times an earlier opening will be required - based on procedures, and later close time - based on workload. Occasional travel to other clinics may be needed to support staffing coverage.
