About The Position

At Universal Pure, we're dedicated to giving people everywhere safe, fresh, and delicious food to eat and drink. We provide high-pressure processing (HPP), value-added services (VAS), and cold storage for our partners in the food industry. We are focused on safety and driven by service. The office coordinator supports daily administrative and operational functions of the manufacturing facility. This position ensures smooth office operations by managing communications, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and providing support to cross functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
  • High School diploma required
  • One to three years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • Experience in fast paced work environment with multiple tasks and projects
  • Appreciate a variety of tasks that draw on skills in relationship, communication, technology, fact and figures

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a smile, making them feel at home.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and inviting.
  • Assist the General Manager with scheduling, emails, and other administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
  • Translate documents and communications as needed.
  • Assist Spanish-speaking clients and team members with their inquiries.
  • Responsible for ordering office supplies and ensuring that office supply cabinets are stocked.
  • Other duties as assigned.
