Hybrid position What is the role: Initial point of contact for clients by phone, text, and email Establish immediate rapport and assess potential cases, determining whether to move forward Promptly update case details in our systems (e.g., Filevine and Lead Docket) to ensure accurate, timely record-keeping Gather and review documents, photos, and other pertinent case information to support the legal team’s review Send and manage contingent fee agreements and client releases using our electronic platforms Issue decline letters within one day for non-viable cases Compensation and Benefits package: $24-27 hr Comprehensive benefit package Medical, dental, and vision Paid Time Off (PTO) 401k with match

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Intake Specialist or in a related role at a personal injury law firm
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual - fluency in Spanish and English

Nice To Haves

  • familiarity with Lead Docket and Filevine is a plus
