Overview: The primary responsibility of a legal intake specialist is to set up and manage the processes of onboarding new and prospective clients who are a good fit for our law firm. Requirements

  • Bilingual: Spanish
  • Excellent telephone speaking voice, direct, clear, and concise.
  • Must be empathetic - Building trust through demonstrating a genuine understanding of the customer's situation.
  • Strong negotiation and people skills, demonstrating consistent and effective communication skills.
  • Candidates must be driven, resilient, and persistent.
  • Must possess a solid hunger to succeed and grow.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.
  • A natural salesperson, someone who can get clients to sign with us and who can handle all aspects of personal injury claims.
  • Enjoys phone interactions.
  • Someone fearless in going above and beyond for the client and the Firm will work flawlessly with our team of motivated and successful specialists and strong paralegal and administrative professionals.
  • Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Positive and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Interviewing prospective clients by phone and email to learn more about the Firm and familiarize them with their cases.
  • Conducting primary research to investigate whether prospective clients' claims have merit.
  • Evaluating prospective clients' claims to determine whether they're in line with the areas of practice and experience of the Firm.
  • Signing up new clients, gaining a client's business
  • Scheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates
  • Enter client’s information for incoming and outgoing calls.
