Requirements

  • Must currently hold an MLO license or be willing to become licensed within 3 months of hire.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A clear, confident communicator—both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a high-energy environment.
  • Tech-savvy and confident with: Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Mortgage-related platforms.
  • MUST be proficient in Excel and basic mortgage math.
  • Driven, coachable, positive, and eager to grow within the mortgage industry.
  • Bilignual spanish speaking

Responsibilities

  • Support the front-end mortgage pre-approval process by gathering and verifying necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients to provide updates and answer inquiries, fostering a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive initiatives that enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and review loan applications for completeness and accuracy before submission.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups to keep the team on track and informed.
  • Gather initial documentation and fully pre qualify a borrower
  • Strong program and guidline knowledge to be able to find a solution for tough loans
