Requirements

Ability to read, write and communicate in English and Spanish is required
2+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Strong analytics, familiarity with data analysis; advanced Excel and WorkDay experience a plus
Understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, compliance regulations, and licensing/filing with state governing bodies
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented, self-starter, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects

Responsibilities

Support leaders and projects in execution of global People Operations programs and initiatives.
Provide front line support to managers and leaders in a variety of ways, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and special initiatives
Complete project-specific tasks across the COO organization (including but not limited to organizational health reports, after-action reviews, background materials for executive reviews, ad hoc compensation analyses)
In partnership with HR specialists, HR Business Partner, and business stakeholders, you will help build out and refine on-site support model for Global Operations manufacturing sites
Act as a superuser for HR and compliance systems and steward of employee data; generating reports with a high level of data integrity.
Provide insights and ideas to automate and continuously improve HR processes which enhance the employee experience.
Where needed, support conflict resolution, employee counseling, and conduct exit interviews.
Understand and support compliance, legal, guidelines and policies.
