About The Position

Join Axon as a Bilingual HR Generalist (Spanish-English) and expand your career within our fast-paced and rapidly growing global company. You will be located within our manufacturing facility in North Phoenix (about a 15 minute drive from our Headquarters office). Requirements

  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English and Spanish is required
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Strong analytics, familiarity with data analysis; advanced Excel and WorkDay experience a plus
  • Understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, compliance regulations, and licensing/filing with state governing bodies
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, self-starter, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects

Responsibilities

  • Support leaders and projects in execution of global People Operations programs and initiatives.
  • Provide front line support to managers and leaders in a variety of ways, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and special initiatives
  • Complete project-specific tasks across the COO organization (including but not limited to organizational health reports, after-action reviews, background materials for executive reviews, ad hoc compensation analyses)
  • In partnership with HR specialists, HR Business Partner, and business stakeholders, you will help build out and refine on-site support model for Global Operations manufacturing sites
  • Act as a superuser for HR and compliance systems and steward of employee data; generating reports with a high level of data integrity.
  • Provide insights and ideas to automate and continuously improve HR processes which enhance the employee experience.
  • Where needed, support conflict resolution, employee counseling, and conduct exit interviews.
  • Understand and support compliance, legal, guidelines and policies.
