At Abcor Home Health, we are growing our Chicago North Side office and seeking a Bilingual Homecare Branch Supervisor who wants to "own" their results. This isn't a passive coordination role. We are looking for a system architect who can manage a high-volume caseload, lead a dedicated team of caregivers, and maximize branch utilization. If you have the grit to handle the fast-paced Chicago market and the conscientiousness to maintain high audit-readiness, we want you on our team. What We Offer: Performance-Driven Compensation We believe in rewarding the "Extra Mile." We offer a transparent path to high earnings for supervisors who hit their marks. Base Salary: $55000 per year - $65000 per year (Based on experience). Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to $1,000 per month ($12,000/year) based on utilization and compliance KPIs. Total Earning Potential (OTE): Up to $65,000+ per year. Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability (Available 1st of the month after 30 days). The Role: Your Mission as a Team Lead As the steward of care for your North Side caseload, you will: Optimize Utilization: Proactively manage schedules to ensure that every authorized hour of care is delivered and billed. Lead with Impact: Supervise and coach a team of caregivers, ensuring they feel supported while maintaining high accountability. Relationship Management: Serve as the critical liaison between families, caregivers, and high-stakes referral sources (IDOA, MCOs, VA). Regulatory Mastery: Ensure every client and employee file is "audit-ready" according to IDOA, IDPH, and DHS-ORS provisions. Requirements

  • Professional fluency in Spanish is required to serve our diverse community.
  • Two years of supervisory experience (Homecare leadership is a massive plus).
  • You don't wait for a crisis; you identify bottlenecks and build systems to fix them.
  • Familiarity with the Illinois homecare landscape (CCP, MCO, or VA) is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a "data-first" approach to managing caseloads.
  • High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
