One You Love Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support non-skilled (HHA/CNA) caregiver supervision in the Central Florida area. Requirements

Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience (home care or geriatric care preferred)
Strong observational and documentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to supervise and support non-clinical staff
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Familiarity with state home care regulations and best practices

Responsibilities

Conduct supervisory visits to evaluate caregiver performance and service quality
Observe and document adherence to the established plan of care
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to caregivers
Identify and report any changes in client condition or service needs
Complete clear, timely documentation of supervisory visits
Communicate with clients, families, and office staff to support continuity of care
Support quality assurance and help maintain high service standards
