About The Position

Answering inbound calls from members pertaining to all public health insurance programs offered This position provides first contact resolution, solves members problems, resolves billing issues, and answers complex benefit questions Will be providing information for over 26 different benefit programs, benefits, rules and policies Main responsibility will be listening to the members question and understanding what options/resolutions can be provided

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of call center experience
  • MUST be able to use critical thinking - this is not a transactional call center role
  • Exceptional listening, questioning, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and issues
  • High level of self-motivation and ethical self-management
  • Bilingual in Spanish/Russian
