About The Position

Handle inbound patient calls regarding appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and general inquiries Schedule appointments accurately across multiple departments and specialties Assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations for procedures and surgeries Educate patients on payment options, including self-pay, billing processes, and available plans

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year inbound call center experience (required)
  • Excellent verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
