Job Summary:# Plan, coordinate and supervise all operational EVS activities. Provide opportunities and material to assist in training and guidance to all staff members using continuous performance improvement techniques to accomplish department objectives, driving patient and employee satisfaction, and developing excellent working relationships with all internal customers.# Provide input to department managers in all planning, operational, and budgeting functions, including vendor management. Play a vital role in controlling cost to ensure the department is aligned with the direction of the organization. Work in conjunction with Human Resources to effectively recruit, develop and retain a stable and competent workforce; work with peers, senior level leadership, physicians, and clinicians to resolve operational matters; and, work effortlessly with labor oriented work groups to accomplish difficult EVS functions or operations.# Qualifications:
