About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Success Programs Intern to support the My Blueprint program within our Customer Success Programs team. This role blends creative, customer-facing work with structured program support and is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, collaboration, and understanding how programs are designed, measured, and improved. You’ll work closely with program managers and subject-matter experts to help create engaging client-facing content, support platform updates, participate in testing efforts, and contribute to the documentation and measurement of program success. Our team designs and operates customer-facing programs that improve customer experiences, product adoption and outcomes at scale. We work in a structured but collaborative way, with clear priorities, defined ownership, and shared accountability—while leaving room for creativity and iteration. You’ll be trusted with meaningful work that customers actually see and use. You’ll also gain exposure to how programs move from concept to launch, how feedback and data shape decisions, and how cross-functional teams work together to deliver consistent customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Currently enrolled in a university or college program in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Business Technology Management, User Experience (UX), Customer Experience (CX), or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable recording short-form video content
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow defined processes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with video recording or editing tools
  • Familiarity with UX, content design, or digital platforms
  • Interest in metrics, reporting, or program measurement
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic data analysis
  • Interest in Customer Success, Enablement, or customer experience programs

Responsibilities

  • Record short, client-facing videos for the My Blueprint program in both English and French in our Customer Community
  • Participate in page redesign efforts and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate customer experiences prior to release.
  • Document My Blueprint processes, workflows, and best practices to support consistency and scalability
  • Assist with standardizing how program success is measured, including defining key indicators, organizing data inputs, and supporting basic analysis of program results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Customer Success, Enablement, Communication, and Marketing
