We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Success Programs Intern to support the My Blueprint program within our Customer Success Programs team. This role blends creative, customer-facing work with structured program support and is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, collaboration, and understanding how programs are designed, measured, and improved. You’ll work closely with program managers and subject-matter experts to help create engaging client-facing content, support platform updates, participate in testing efforts, and contribute to the documentation and measurement of program success. Our team designs and operates customer-facing programs that improve customer experiences, product adoption and outcomes at scale. We work in a structured but collaborative way, with clear priorities, defined ownership, and shared accountability—while leaving room for creativity and iteration. You’ll be trusted with meaningful work that customers actually see and use. You’ll also gain exposure to how programs move from concept to launch, how feedback and data shape decisions, and how cross-functional teams work together to deliver consistent customer experiences.
