Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of experience in human services

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in Spanish
  • NC FAST experience
  • On Base experience
  • Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Interviewing clients and helping them complete applications as needed
  • Researching and reviewing cases in NC FAST and OnBase
  • Entering late recertifications into NC FAST
  • Assisting clients with questions in person, by phone, and via email
  • Identifying concerns or potential safety issues and alerting appropriate staff
  • Scanning and uploading client documents into OnBase
  • Providing backup support to Customer Service Representatives at the front desk, including client registration
  • Offering referrals to appropriate resources to ensure clients get the help they need
