The Bilingual Early Intervention Specialist (EIS) position consists of providing direct clinical work and, after an appropriate training period to be determined by the clinician's supervisor, functioning as the main case manager for specific families, as assigned. This work would be done under the supervision of the Early Birds Director, or Program Manager. This position involves continuing to integrate more fully the principles of Early Intervention (EI) and Developmental Relationship-Based Interventions (DRBI) provided in supervision and during staff trainings. To qualify for this position, the expectation is that the employee would quickly become well-versed in the basics of Early Intervention and have an extensive background in working with children aged Birth to 3 years old. You will be supporting our Early Birds Early Intervention program, primarily in South Ventura County.
