A Doula is a trained non-medical professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to a mother before, during, and shortly after childbirth in the immediate postpartum period. An Early Head Start Home Visitor is a trained professional who provides weekly comprehensive support services to pregnant women, infants, and toddlers in their homes. The Bilingual Doula & Home Visitor Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Doula and Home Visiting staff and ensuring high-quality programming for Healthy Parents & Babies, along with ensuring compliance with Head Start, Best Practice Standards, and all State and Federal regulations. The Doula & Home Visitor Supervisor supervises our Doulas and Home Visitors. The Doula & Home Visitor Supervisor leads our community-based Doula and Home Visiting services to ensure high-quality, evidence-based practices are being used to help mothers achieve healthier and empowered births.
