Home Visitor – Early Head Start Hannibal, MO (Johnson St.) Empower families. Change lives. Start early. Douglass Community Services, Inc. is hiring a Home Visitor to support families with infants and toddlers through Early Head Start. If you’re passionate about parent education, child development, and community impact, this role is for you.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required (degree preferred)
• Experience in early childhood, family services, or case management
• Reliable vehicle for home visits
• Willingness to earn Home Visitor CDA & certifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with parents as their child’s first teacher
• Conduct weekly home visits and group socializations
• Promote child development, parenting skills, and family self-sufficiency
• Connect families to community resources
• Support health, nutrition, and positive routines
