About The Position

Del Sol Furniture & Mattress is looking for a proactive, bilingual Customer Service & Sales Support Lead to join our retail team. If you have customer service experience and are ready to grow into a leadership role that supports both the customer and the sales floor—you might be a great fit. This is not a call center job. You’ll be on the floor at our furniture store, directly supporting customers and helping our sales team deliver an amazing buying experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (retail or furniture preferred)
  • Positive, team-first mindset and strong people skills
  • Comfortable learning point-of-sale, CRM, and order tracking systems
  • Organized, dependable, and good under pressure

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by helping customers with order questions, service issues, and financing support
  • Solve problems quickly and with empathy—turning complaints into opportunities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
  • Train and guide other store team members on service best practices
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Collaborate with warehouse, delivery, and credit teams to keep orders running smoothly
  • Help improve in-store service systems and processes
