About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY Call dealers and individuals to develop new customers and maintain current customers for our Heavy-Duty Truck Department. Assist with loading vehicles and equipment to our online platforms. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Ability to read, write, and understand English and Spanish! Calling customers, both current and new, to develop business relationships. Establish new customers for both consigning and buying at the Auto Auction. Communicated with marketing assistants to develop leads and update records. Working the sale and/or the conditional sales area on auction day. Understand customer needs and requirements. Uploading photos of vehicles and equipment to online platforms.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and understand English and Spanish!
• Computer literate
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to cold call on customers with positive results
• Strong listening skills
• High school diploma
• At least two years of customer service experience
• Data entry skills are necessary
• Able to learn company-specific programs when necessary
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Current driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills
