Job Summary: COMHAR’s outpatient behavioral health clinics provide trauma-informed individual, family and group therapies, medication-assisted treatment, psychiatric evaluations and treatment, and support services. This Outpatient Clinical Supervisor provides supervision of staff and services, offers support for various outpatient clinic needs, and helps manage services for individuals with substance use and/or medical/physical challenges. This position requires fluent, conversational Spanish-English communication.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Master’s Degree in a clinical mental health discipline; in order to count as a mental health degree, the degree must contain at least twelve (12) credit hours in core behavioral health coursework.
- Maintain current, active behavioral health or social work license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, licensed psychologist) or be working towards a behavioral health or social work license
- At least two years post-Master's Degree experience providing mental health treatment including psychotherapy, counseling, and assessment is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proof of Covid Vaccination
