About The Position

IMA Clinical Research is seeking a bilingual Clinical Trials Coordinator to support study activities across the full trial lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and hands-on clinical research work. The IMA Group is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements

  • 2+ years of clinical research experience
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (required)
  • Phlebotomy experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • CCRC a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate clinical trials from start-up through close-out
  • Support patient visits, including phlebotomy and data collection
  • Ensure accurate documentation and protocol compliance
  • Partner with investigators and site staff to keep studies on track
