About the Role RTS Carrier Services, and Shamrock, are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join our fuel sales team as a Business Development Manager. This position is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new accounts while expanding relationships with existing customers within an assigned region. In this role, you will take a consultative approach to selling RTS fuel card solutions, working directly with transportation companies to understand their needs and deliver value-driven products. You will oversee the full sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing — while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success. This is an in-office, performance-based role with significant earning potential for individuals who consistently meet and exceed business objectives.
