The Business Development Associate, also referred to as a Community Partnerships Coordinator, plays a key role in expanding awareness and engagement within the developmental disabilities community. Reporting to the Community Partnerships Manager, this position supports relationship-building initiatives, outreach efforts, and community-based activities that drive Regional Center engagement and family referrals. This role partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support events, presentations, and communications, both in person and virtually, while ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up across outreach initiatives. This is a hybrid position, coming into the Oxnard office 1x per week. You will also be required to commute to local events in Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo areas.
