About The Position

Bilingual Automotive Sales Representative (English/Spanish) Norwich, CT We are seeking to add a bilingual automotive sales representative to our growing team. This position is ideal for career-minded individuals looking for a long-term opportunity within a family-owned dealership that values professionalism, performance, and people. Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • 1–3 years of automotive sales or general sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and attention to detail
  • Solutions-based mindset
  • Willingness and ability to follow a proven sales process
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
  • Team-oriented, career-focused attitude

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in purchasing or leasing new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing
