Requirements

  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required - we will train the right candidate.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Coachable mindset and openness to feedback.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and follow a structured sales process to assist customers in finding the right vehicle.
  • Greet customers and ask the right questions to understand their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
  • Present new and pre-owned vehicles clearly and confidently, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance with guidance and coaching.
  • Support customers through each step of the purchase process, from first contact to delivery.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service.
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals with the support of management and training staff.
  • Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude in a team-focused environment.
