Responsibilities

Interviewing clients to identify their wants and needs
Demonstrating our new and pre-owned vehicles and their features
Working with the team to provide a solutions based approach to successful transactions
High level communication with internal and external customers in a clear and transparent manner
Proper follow up and prospecting for clients that reach out to us in person, text, email, and phone
Training in Chevrolet products, dealership sales processes, procedures, and systems
Other duties as necessary
