You will represent our Honda Certified vehicle line, offering expertise and personalized service to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle.
Requirements
- Sales experience required.
- Proven track record in automotive sales and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for automobiles and knowledge of Honda vehicles and products.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic dealership environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers, providing an exceptional shopping experience from the moment they arrive.
- Understand customer needs and provide expert knowledge on vehicles and the latest automotive technologies.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, vehicle presentations, and financing options.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and dealership goals.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, inventory, and dealership promotions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Finance team to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a positive ownership experience.
