Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our LATAM Client Services team. This will be a full-time, in-office position, based out of our world headquarters located in Lakewood, NJ. What You Will Accomplish Here… As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the LATAM Client Services team while working in conjunction with all of our departments to support day-to-day business operations, including drafting and reviewing correspondence, compiling documents, and assisting with research in a fast-paced environment. This position will focus on the following:

Requirements

  • Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English and Spanish sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is required.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Must have demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with professional and personal administrative tasks for the team, such as composing correspondence, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and compiling documents.
  • Assists with shipping for domestic and international mailings (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Assists with travel coordination.
  • Completes scanning, filing, data entry, and faxing, as requested.
  • Provides general information, answers questions, and directs individuals to appropriate parties, as necessary.
  • Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls.
  • Provides administrative support to local management, as requested.
  • Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Performs special projects, as required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
