About The Position
The Bilingual Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day janitorial and general maintenance operations at the EV Battery Plant. This position manages a team of cleaners and their supervisors and ensures that ABM delivers high-quality, proactive, and responsive service that meets and exceeds client expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to anticipate client needs and coordinate timely operational solutions. Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (verbal and written)
