Requirements

  • 3–5 years of retail or management experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Strong cash handling and basic math skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of bicycle safety, maintenance, and repair.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Proven ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for outdoor recreation and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operations of the bike shop, including rentals and inventory management.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and attractive product displays.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and order inventory to meet guest needs and ensure stock levels.
  • Promote and upsell rentals, services, and other hotel amenities.
  • Handle cash transactions, refunds, and daily deposits with accuracy.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Implement and uphold safety procedures to protect guests and staff.
