Requirements
- Mechanical experience or certification in bicycle maintenance.
- Previous cash handling experience with strong math skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of bicycle safety and maintenance procedures.
- A commitment to safety and adherence to policies and standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain all bicycles and rental equipment with precision and care.
- Assist guests with rentals, ensuring proper sizing and safety recommendations.
- Clean, maintain, and organize inventory to keep the shop guest-ready.
- Process sales and rentals using cash registers and credit card machines.
- Promote other hotel amenities and activities to enhance guest experiences.
- Uphold shop safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Monitor and report inventory needs to ensure a fully stocked shop.
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and mandatory team meetings.
