About the Role: The e-bike mechanic is a critical, customer-facing role at Zoomo, directly fuelling our operational success. We are looking for a customer-obsessed problem solver who demonstrates a high level of drive, commitment and a proactive work ethic. You will be the essential link ensuring our customers have a seamless and exceptional experience. The work will primarily involve performing maintenance, repairs and diagnostics, both at Zoomo service sites and on-location at customer premises.
