This role offers a great opportunity to play a key part in driving sales success while building valuable experience in sales operations and bid coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, collaboration, and being at the center of meaningful business activity. This position is anticipated to close on Apr 30, 2026. This role is exciting because you will be a key contributor to high-impact sales and bid initiatives, gain hands-on experience with Salesforce and sales operations, work closely with experienced Sales Account Managers and leadership, build strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills, and join a collaborative environment where your attention to detail truly matters. Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and managing the Salesforce database, ensuring accurate data entry, timely updates, and high data integrity.
  • Be a trusted support partner to the sales team, helping keep information organized, reliable, and easy to access.
  • Coordinate bid-related activities from start to finish—sending notifications, downloading and organizing project files, creating electronic folders, and maintaining shared calendars.
  • Prepare weekly follow-up reports for Sales Account Managers, track bid activity, and update bid details to support the Equipment Sales Team.
