About The Position

Global medical device manufacturer, DeRoyal, is seeking a detail-oriented Bid Coordinator & Contract Analyst to join our team at our corporate office in Powell, Tennessee. This role plays a critical part in supporting our National Accounts team by managing bids, contracts, pricing, and analytics across all divisions of the company. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and has strong analytical and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bids, quotes, proposals, or contract management
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Process bids, quotes, proposals, renewals, and new contract awards for all company divisions
  • Manage awarded contracts in internal systems, including initial setup, item additions, expirations, extensions, and updates
  • Directly support the National Accounts team
  • Analyze, calculate, research, and audit domestic sales data for GPOs, individual accounts, and hospital networks
  • Prepare and distribute contract sales reports
  • Maintain GPO membership updates
  • Manage contract pricing and bid databases
  • Communicate pricing and contract updates
  • Monitor pending proposals and contract expirations
  • Coordinate with internal departments
  • Maintain confidentiality of pricing data
