Business Intelligence Consultants partner with clients to transform data into actionable insights, automated workflows, and AI‑enabled applications. This role goes beyond traditional dashboards to include modern data pipelines, AI/LLM‑powered workflows, and low‑code applications that translate client business processes into scalable, intelligent solutions. Requirements
- 8+ years experience with BI platforms and advanced analytics delivery
- Proven SQL expertise and experience designing data pipelines
- Hands‑on experience applying AI/LLMs within analytics or business workflows
- Comfort with low‑code tools, automation platforms, or rapid app development
- Consulting experience leading clients and solutions

- Background or interest in data science, advanced analytics, or automation is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Define and lead AI‑enabled analytics and automation strategies
- Shape how client organizations operationalize analytics, apply AI to core business processes, and transition from dashboards to intelligent applications
- Architect complex, scalable solutions that integrate enterprise data pipelines, advanced analytics, AI/LLM‑driven workflows and automations, and custom and low‑code applications
- Lead high‑impact AI initiatives, including executive-level insight delivery, process automation using AI agents or workflows, and analytics‑driven applications embedded in day‑to‑day operations
- Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities for growth in advanced analytics, AI and automation use cases, and custom applications and platform extensions
- Establish standards and best practices for AI‑enabled analytics delivery, responsible AI usage, consulting methodologies, and solution patterns
- Mentor Leads and Consultants; contribute to internal innovation and thought leadership
