The Millwood Plant Chaplain will provide pastoral care services to the Millwood Team Members and Team Member families through counseling in times of stress or grief, leading worship services, intervening in crisis, minister to all. The Pastoral Position supports Millwood Team Members through Christian principles but is not restricted based on Team Member denomination.

Requirements

Bilingual English/Spanish (Required) ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Time management and Organizational skills
Advanced knowledge of the Bible and Christian principles
Strong consulting and social skills
Ability to Commute: Cleveland, TN 37323 (Required)

Responsibilities

Manages, communicates, and conducts behavior in direct support of company foundation and pillars.

Intervene in crisis and minister to people in traumatic situations.
Writing reports and keeping accurate records.
Working cooperatively with corporate leadership to support Company initiatives.
Acting as a representative of the faith to the Team Members.
Conducts, and monitors Millwood’s faith-based activities.
Maintains a healthy professional relationship with Millwood Regional chaplain, leadership and Team Members.
Maintains designated worship and Chaplain activity spaces.
Attentive to Team Members and provides counsel those with spiritual needs.
Provide faith leadership, lead prayers and faith services.
Provides additional Operational Support, when practical.
Performs other related duties as assigned to meet business needs.
